JRD EUROPE Agnieszka Dalal operates as a European automotive parts and equipment sourcing service. We facilitate the procurement of new and used OEM components, workshop tools, and classic vehicles from European suppliers for businesses and individual clients worldwide. We act as an intermediary sourcing agent and do not manufacture any parts or components.
3. Quotations and Orders
All quotations provided are subject to availability and supplier confirmation. Prices may vary based on exchange rates, supplier pricing changes, and shipping conditions. An order is confirmed only upon our written acceptance and receipt of agreed payment terms.
4. Authenticity and Quality
We source components from verified European suppliers and make every effort to ensure the authenticity of parts procured. While we perform verification checks, the original manufacturer warranty terms remain governed by the respective manufacturer or supplier. JRD Europe provides sourcing verification, not manufacturer warranties.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are agreed upon per transaction and communicated with each quotation. We may require advance payment or deposits depending on the value and nature of the sourcing request. All payments are processed through secure channels.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by supplier availability, customs processing, and logistics conditions. JRD Europe coordinates professional shipping with tracking and documentation. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon handover to the shipping carrier unless otherwise agreed.
7. Limitation of Liability
JRD Europe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the parts sourced. Our total liability is limited to the value of the specific transaction in question. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party suppliers, customs authorities, or shipping carriers.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of JRD Europe and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland. JRD EUROPE Agnieszka Dalal is registered at ul. Odrodzenia 4/42, 95-200 Pabianice, Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith, and if necessary, through the competent courts in Poland.
